Who’s On Board? – Evaluating diversity in Sports Leadership
‘Who’s On Board?’ provides for the first time an empirical examination of sports leadership. There is one black chair, and 2 CEOs from a bme background within 39 of the 46 national governing bodies of sport (NGBs). The summary report focuses on the economic challenges faced by national governing bodies of sport (NGBs) in ensuring their sports remain sustainable and the need to adjust to the changing demographic profile within the UK.
