We provide a wide range of bespoke training and mentoring on diversity and equality, including a "train the trainers" approach that aims to grow the in-house expertise of our partner organisations. We also work to develop bespoke training packages, and can review existing training programmes to make sure they are inclusive and effective.
Our support team:
- works with partners to deliver specialised training across the sports, leisure, health and fitness sector
- supports National Governing Bodies of sport in developing training and information programmes to increase the workforce's knowledge in this area
