We are the leading national charity working with schools on youth sport and as Membership Services Manager you will oversee the system implementation of our school's membership programme. This will involve developing and implementing customer delivery standards across the organisation and leading your team to provide high quality customer service. You will play a key role in managing the sign-up process for new schools, actioning renewals and ensuring the delivery of all membership benefits. We will look to you to drive improvements to the member journey and experience through system and platform development and engagement too. You will also implement a robust membership insight strategy and provide relevant reports and data analysis to inform the development of our membership proposition. Important will be the ability to increase the understanding of member behaviours and trends to enhance membership delivery across the organisation.
Your background will be in managing membership schemes, including the delivery of member benefits. You will have experience of building high performing customer-focused, membership services teams as well as setting performance targets, developing implementation plans, tracking delivery and managing risk. You will be used to utilising Customer Relationship Management and membership systems, such as Salesforce and MemberNation, as well as comfortable implementing and monitoring customer service standards and customer satisfaction frameworks. A good project manager you are effective at financial control, setting budgets and managing information. You will also possess strong communication and planning skills as well as the ability to build sound working relationships and influence others.
