LeaderBoard Scotland
Our ground-breaking leadership programme and campaign aims to not only increase demographic diversity on Boards and in executive leadership positions, but also shift existing belief systems away from ‘diversity as tokenism’ to ‘diversity as essential’ for the future success of our sector
Sporting Equals has partnered with sportscotland to make Boards more ethnically diverse in Scotland.
This is a three day training programme to make you Board ready.
This programme is open to anyone who is ethnically diverse and wants to make a difference on a national or regional board.
There is no ideal candidate.
We want to see people who have experience on a committee, people who have been elite athletes, people who live and breathe grass roots sport, people with a broad professional background and people who are relatively new to sport.
The important thing is that the candidates have a passion for racial equality and sport.
