Sporting Equals has partnered with Active Together and The University of Leicester to run the programme in the Leicestershire and Rutland area.
The unique programme is designed to equip ethnically diverse individuals with exceptional skills to influence and promote equality, diversity and inclusion in sport, whether in a leadership or board-related capacity. It aims to achieve fairer representation of minority groups in sports leadership.
