Nik has been working at a strategic and practitioner level in the public and third sectors in the fields of sport, health, community safety and regeneration for over 20 years. This has resulted in extensive experience of developing projects and partnerships that deliver impact to local communities.
     
Before joining Sporting Equals, Nik was Acting Chief Executive of a regional third sector organisation that worked to ensure that ethnically diverse communities were engaged in the economic, social and cultural development of the East Midlands. 

Nik enjoys most sports and is a Qualified Community Sports Leader, an accredited Equality Standard in Sport Advisor and has a BA (Honours) Degree in Public Administration.
