Starting his journey in sports and physical activity sector as a coach 20 years ago whilst still at school, progressing to coordinating, regional, operational, partnerships, National management and now Director roles at some of the UK’s leading sport and physical activity delivery organisations. Sean is a leading authority on driving & inspiring his teams to deliver high quality outcomes.

Strategically minded Sean is known for his operational leadership and getting things done. Using sport as a tool Sean is passionate about breaking down barriers for all people to help them become the best version of themselves.

Spending a large part of his career to date engaging children in world class physical activity, his passion for equality and fairness drove him to Sporting Equals where he feels he can have a bigger impact on the communities of the UK and strives to bring the benefits sport to ALL.

As the newest member of a Senior Leadership Team Sean is full of energy and looks forward to leading Sporting Equals through the next phase of its impressive growth.

Sean’s wider commitments include volunteering at a community sport club with his Under 8’s football team and mentoring young and aspiring coaches and those working toward a career in the sport sector. Not to forget punishing himself each week by watching his beloved Birmingham City Football Club.
