Simon joined us in August 2022 and brings with him extensive experience of working in Marketing & Communication across sport, ED&I and the private sector. He has a passion for racial inclusion having spent a significant portion of his childhood in Massachusetts, USA, and then attending a diverse school in England. He is an Independent Advisor for Inclusive Sportswear CIC, championing the impact of choice in clothing on sports participation. He is a dedicated member of the hockey community having managed at international club level, coached at national league level, umpired national league in both England and Belgium and been a member of the international hockey press since 2007. In April 2018 Simon was paralysed with a rare neurological condition and trialled for British Paracycling in 2021.
