Urvasi is a sports lawyer and governance professional who currently works as Director of Legal and Governance at World Sailing. Her previous roles include working in house for the 2002 Salt Lake Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, the International Cricket Council, the International Netball Federation, British Canoeing and the Commonwealth Games Federation.  Urvasi is also a non-executive director at Surrey County Cricket Club and a trustee of All as One UK, a small international charity which fundraises for a school and orphanage in Sierra Leone.
