Salary:  Circa £21,500 per annum (£17,200 per annum pro rata)

England Athletics is a membership organisation with c1,770 member clubs/bodies and c166,000 registered athletes, which exists to provide services and support to its members and to promote and deliver athletics and running activities across all ages, event disciplines, ability levels and aspirations; and to give support to the wider sport where there are more than 6m who run each month in England, 3,500 licensed road races and 206,991 active RunTogether participants operating in more than 3,287 groups.

The Role:

A vacancy has arisen at England Athletics for a Part-time Club Support Administrator, for a fixed term of 18 months, to support the Club Support Team with key administration tasks to ensure Club Support services, programmes and projects across England is delivered to the highest possible standards and volunteers receive a high level of service.

The role will focus on supporting Club Support Managers with the delivery of club supports services, programmes and projects including the Regional Awards, Club Improvement Fund and Club Leadership Programme, plus co-ordinating and supporting ad hoc webinar delivery as well as club support communications.

The postholder will administer all aspects of the Regional Awards, Club Improvement and Club Leadership Programme, ensuring that digital content is up to date on the club support pages of the EA website and Club Hub by supporting content reviews and compiling quarterly analytics reports. This role will support with compiling club support communications including ecomms content and the Facebook group.

The individual should have excellent administrative and customer service skills, proficient in Microsoft Office. As well as having a flexible approach to work and the ability to use their initiative.
